Policies

 

Important:

When arriving to your appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you are running late you may need to alter your service. (Blow dry, wax, etc.) Depending on how late you arrive and my schedule after your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. 

Cancellation Policy:

I reserve time specifically for you and the service of your choice, therefore not every service is the same length of time for everyone. If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please provide me with a 24 hour notice to allow the spot for another client. I understand things come up, but in the event of a short cancellation under the asked amount of time I will require a 25% deposit of your next scheduled service(s) before reserving your next appointment. The second time, and any time after that, I will require a 50% FEE of the scheduled appointment(s) missed before booking your next appointment. 

No call/No show policy:

After 15 minutes you are considered a no-show if there has been no communication with me. A rebooking FEE of 50% of your missed appointment will be needed to book your next appointment.

Redo policy:

I always want my clients to love their hair but if for any reason you are unhappy, I give all my clients 1 week to let me know if there is something you would like me to adjust for you to be in love with your hair. In some situations color redo's MAY be subject to additional charges.

*All deposits and fee's are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

I reserve the right to refuse appointments for any reason.
